Thank you so much for your interest in our central check out craft show. The Kottage Kupboard has been around for over 26 years, and just keeps on getting better. We are thrilled to be currently taking applications for the 2019 show year.

We first and foremost want to remind you that this is a craft fair. That means that we will be taking a very limited number of applicants that fall under any category other than 100% handmade/homemade products. Kottage Kupboard has always striven to keep this show a craft fair and will continue to do so.

Here are a few things to remember when filling out a vendor form:

  • All vendors are required to work a minimum 2-hour Security shift per show. If vendor is not able to do this, a fee of $30.00 will be charged to vendor. You can sign-up online any time before the show starts by clicking HERE
  • Booth fees are non-refundable
  • This is a Centralized Checkout Craft fair. Meaning all payments, and transactions will be run through the craft fair. No personal form of payment is allowed.
  • A 13% commission will be taken out of total sales from cash register totals.
  • The Kottage Kupboard, LLC reserves the right, at any time, to pull items from a booth if they have not been pre-approved or do not represent the quality that Kottage Kupboard likes to uphold.
  • We very rarely allow vendors to be in their booths during show times. It has been proven through market research that this detours people away from booths. Pre-Authorization is required to be in the booth for more than stocking purposes.

And the most important thing of all, Kottage Kupboard ONLY succeeds when the vendors of the show succeed. Everyone is on the same team, and everyone wins when we work together to make it a great show!

Centralized Checkout: Think of it like Walmart or Target. You go to one central location to buy all of your goods. The Kottage Kupboard, of Northern Utah Craft Fair runs it’s shows in this manner. Meaning, vendors do not have to be at their booths at all, and all processing goes through The Kottage Kupboard.

Vendor ID Numbers: a 3 digit code that is used in centralized check-out craft fair. This ties all vendor inventory to a specific vendor. When customers come up to buy their goods, The Kottage Kupboard types in the Vendor number to record the sale for that specific vendor. It helps the software and hardware that is used at the craft show to keep track of the vendors sales for the show.

In our Northern Utah Craft Fair show you are allowed to make up your own numbers, as long as they are not taken by another vendor.
